Chepstow School Achieves the Anti-Bullying Quality Mark (ABQM-UK) Silver Award!

We are incredibly proud to announce that Chepstow School has been awarded the Anti-Bullying Quality Mark (ABQM-UK) Silver Award, recognising our commitment to creating a safe, inclusive and supportive environment where every student feels valued, respected and that they truly belong.

The Anti-Bullying Quality Mark is an internationally recognised award that celebrates schools for their effectiveness in preventing bullying and embedding sustainable anti-bullying policies and practices. Achieving Silver status reflects the collective efforts of our entire school community.

The verifier praised our school, noting that:

“Policies and practices for preventing bullying have become embedded in the school community.”

Particular recognition was given to our students, whose leadership, peer support and promotion of wellbeing and belonging have helped create a culture where kindness, respect and inclusion are at the heart of school life. The verifier also highlighted the significant role students play in supporting one another and promoting anti-bullying messages both within school and across the wider community.

This achievement would not have been possible without the dedication of our staff, governors, students, parents and carers. We are especially proud that our work to ensure anti-bullying remains a central aspect of safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusion has been recognised through this award.

Thank you to everyone who has helped make Chepstow School a place where every student feels safe, supported and empowered to thrive.
