            GRAFFEG





            Graphic design is all about visual communication. We see it around us every day in advertising, magazines and books,
            on posters, billboards, CD covers and websites. The work of a Graphic Designer is evident when a message or an idea
            needs to be conveyed with words or images, or a combination of both.





























            This course puts an important emphasis on drawing for research, plenty of experimentation and a broad approach. It
            includes the study of typography, illustration, photography, branding, advertising, packaging, editorial design, computer-
            aided and digital design. Students will be given ‘client briefs’ to work to. They are encouraged to study a wide range of
            artists and designers from the past and present, researching and developing their own ideas, and experimenting with
            both traditional and contemporary media and processes to create a style of their own.
